Aestic is an AI-powered lifestyle photo creation platform that allows users to generate artistic images using artificial intelligence.

3.1 Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Each image generation consumes 1 credit from your account balance.

3.2 Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

3.3 Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

3.4 Expiration

Credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account is active.

3.5 Refund Policy

Credits used for image generation are non-refundable. We do not guarantee satisfaction with generated results due to the nature of AI.

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of images you generate through our service. Users are fully responsible for any content they create, upload, or share using the service.

4.2 License to Use

By using our service, you grant Aestic a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use generated images for service improvement and marketing.

4.3 Uploaded Content

You must have the right to upload any reference images. You warrant that your uploads do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4.4 Face Replacement & Image Rights

You may only upload or use images for which you have the necessary rights and permissions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any uploaded or generated content does not violate privacy, copyright, or personality rights.

5.1 Restricted Content

You agree not to use Aestic to:

• Create deepfake or manipulated content intended to deceive, harm, or misrepresent
• Generate content depicting misleading or harmful imagery
• Use images of other individuals without their authorisation
• Use copyrighted or protected images without permission
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any person's intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Engage in any automated or systematic data collection
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI
• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Sexualised content involving minors or any child sexual abuse material
• Exploitative, abusive, violent, illegal, or harmful imagery
• Content that violates public decency
• Content intended to harass, deceive, or harm others

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent account closure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct we determine to be harmful to our service or other users.

You may close your account at any time through the app settings. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account closure. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where content violates platform safety requirements or applicable law.

7.1 AI Output Limitations

Aestic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that AI-generated content will be free from defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aestic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7.2 AI Generation Limitations

Aestic uses artificial intelligence to generate visual results. Because AI generation is probabilistic by nature, users accept that AI-generated content is experimental and may require adjustments.

Aestic does not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for any specific purpose. Outputs are generated automatically and cannot be fully controlled or predicted.

Aestic is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not permit use of the service to create, upload, or process content involving minors in sexualised, exploitative, or unsafe contexts. Only use images you have permission to use.

Any detected violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting where legally required.

8.1 No Responsibility for Generated Output

Aestic is not responsible for inaccuracies, failed generations, creative interpretation, visual inaccuracies, or undesired image results produced by AI. Generated content may not always meet expectations and should be reviewed before use.

8.2 No Responsibility for Output Use

Aestic is not responsible for how generated or modified images are used, shared, or published.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of Aestic after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By signing up, you confirm you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and that you will not generate prohibited or unsafe content.

Credits purchased through the app are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform rules. Unused credits remain available while your account is active. Purchases made through third-party app stores may also be subject to the billing terms of the relevant platform.

Users remain fully responsible for how generated images are used, shared, published, or commercialised. Aestic is not responsible for misuse, misrepresentation, or legal consequences resulting from generated content. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time without prior notice.

Attempts to generate prohibited content, including sexual content involving minors, exploitative imagery, or unsafe material, may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Users may report content or behaviour that violates these terms. We may review and take action without prior notice. Users must comply with all applicable platform rules and local laws when using the platform.

You may not create or distribute deceptive or harmful manipulated media, including misleading deepfakes. Where legally required, serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Users may report harmful or prohibited content through support channels. Reported violations may be reviewed and acted upon without prior notice.
