Credits & Generations

How many free credits do I get?
5 free credits when you join the waitlist — enough to create your first set.

How many credits does one photo cost?
One credit generates one full photo, including any face swap or object replacement steps.

Do credits expire?
Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Uploads & Image Types

What image formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG and HEIC uploads are supported. For best results, use well-lit photos at least 1024px on the shortest side.

Can I upload a photo of myself?
Yes — you can upload photos you own or have permission to use. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy for what is and isn't allowed.

Commercial Use

Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. See the Copyright & Commercial Licence for full details on ownership and usage rights.

Troubleshooting

My generation failed — will I be charged?
No. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.

How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the Delete your account page.
