Acceptable Use & AI Safety Policy

This Acceptable Use & AI Safety Policy ("Policy") explains how Aestic may be used and the standards all users must follow when using our Services. By using Aestic, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Failure to comply may result in content removal, suspension or permanent termination of your account.
1. Our Commitment
Aestic exists to help creators, businesses and professionals generate high-quality AI images responsibly. We encourage creativity while taking reasonable steps to prevent abuse of artificial intelligence technologies. Our Services are designed for lawful, ethical and responsible use.
2. Responsible Use
You agree to use Aestic responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not use Aestic in any manner that violates the rights of others, promotes illegal activity, causes harm, facilitates deception, or threatens public safety. You remain solely responsible for every prompt you submit and every image you generate.
3. Adult and Sexual Content
Aestic does not permit the creation, editing or enhancement of sexually explicit material. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: pornography; explicit nudity; sexual acts; fetish content; sexually suggestive imagery involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; AI-generated sexual deepfakes. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
4. Child Safety
The protection of children is a fundamental priority. Users may never use Aestic to generate, edit or distribute content involving child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors, child exploitation, grooming, or abusive imagery involving children. Any such activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
5. Violence and Graphic Content
Aestic may not be used to create content that glorifies or promotes murder, torture, terrorism, executions, dismemberment, graphic gore, or extreme violence. Stylised or fictional artwork may still be restricted where it poses safety or legal concerns.
6. Hate Speech and Harassment
You may not use Aestic to generate content that promotes hatred, targets protected groups, encourages discrimination, threatens individuals, or glorifies violence against protected classes. Protected characteristics include race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, among others.
7. Fraud and Identity Misuse
You must not use Aestic to impersonate another person, create fake identification or official documents, forge invoices, generate fraudulent evidence, or deceive others regarding identity. Any attempt to use AI for fraud may result in permanent account termination.
8. Deepfakes
Aestic provides image editing tools but does not permit harmful deepfake creation. Users may not create content that impersonates another individual without permission, falsely represents public figures, manipulates images for fraud, creates misleading evidence, or damages another person's reputation. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to edit photographs of identifiable individuals.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. You may not knowingly upload copyrighted photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, protected designs or intellectual property belonging to others without permission.
10. Public Figures
Images involving public figures should not be used to spread misinformation, create false endorsements, misrepresent facts, deceive the public or commit fraud. Satire, parody and artistic expression may be permitted where lawful.
11. Misinformation
You must not use Aestic to create images intended to manipulate elections, spread harmful misinformation, fabricate news events, impersonate government organisations, or create fake emergency communications.
12. Illegal Activities
Aestic may not be used to facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to terrorism, organised crime, human trafficking, drug trafficking, money laundering, cybercrime, phishing, identity theft and financial fraud.
13. Spam and Automated Abuse
Users may not scrape the Services, overload our infrastructure, use bots to abuse credit systems, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer proprietary systems, or interfere with the operation of Aestic.
14. AI Output
Artificial intelligence may generate unexpected results. Users are responsible for reviewing generated images before using them commercially or publicly. Aestic does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, unique, free from errors, legally suitable, or appropriate for every intended purpose.
15. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that this Policy has been violated, Aestic may refuse image generation requests, remove content, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, restrict access to features, or restore access where appropriate following review. Enforcement decisions are made at Aestic's reasonable discretion.
16. Reporting Violations
If you believe content generated through Aestic violates this Policy, please contact support@aesticstudio.com. Please include a description of the issue, relevant screenshots where possible, and sufficient information to allow us to investigate.
17. Appeals
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal that includes your account email, a description of the situation, and any supporting information you wish us to consider. We will review appeals in good faith, although submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect legal developments, advances in AI technology, platform improvements, changes to applicable regulations, or evolving safety standards. Material updates will be communicated where required by law.

20. Effective Date
